Special Issue

Authors who presented at ICSC 2025, oral and/or poster presentations, are invited to submit a full manuscript to a dedicated Virtual Special Issue (VSI) in Journal of Safety Research (JSR).

Eligibility

Only work presented at ICSC 2025 is eligible for inclusion in the Special Issue.

Submission timeline

Submission portal opens: 10 November 2025
Submission deadline: ~~15 February~~ 10 March 2026

How to submit

Manuscripts must be submitted through Journal of Safety Research’s online submission and review website, Editorial Manager: https://www.editorialmanager.com/jsr/default1.aspx

During submission, authors must select the article type “VSI: ICSC2025”.

This step is essential – without it, the paper will not be routed to the Special Issue.

Manuscript requirements

Submissions follow the standard JSR guidelines, including:

Cover letter
Title page
Manuscript (with revisions incorporated if resubmitting after reviews)
Abstract and keywords
References (all cited)
Biographical notes
Tables and figures uploaded as separate files

Review and publication

Papers will undergo peer review following the journal’s standard procedures. Accepted papers will be published online on a rolling basis and later grouped into an editorial Special Issue.
