What’s official
ICSC 2025 emails come only from: icsc2025@toi.no, our survey system svar@toi.no, the ticketing system checkin.no, or the programme platform coms.app.

About payments
You may receive legitimate messages about registration and payment via checkin.no. Hotel arrangements for invited keynote speakers are handled directly by the organisers and through our official event organiser Macsimum. We will not send booking requests from other third-party travel agencies, and we will never ask for credit-card details outside Checkin.

– Forward suspicious messages to icsc2025@toi.no and then delete them.
