We are pleased to announce that registration for the International Cycling Safety Conference 2025 is now open.

The early bird fee is 4 100 NOK (excluding VAT) and available until 31 August 2025. From 1 September, the ticket fee is 5 200 NOK (excluding VAT).

The conference registration includes:

• Access to all main conference sessions, lunch and coffee at Sentralen 5-6 November.
• Welcome Reception at Oslo City Hall on 4 November
• Conference Dinner at Høymagasinet on 5 November 

Optional Pre-conference Workshops and Technical Bike Tours can be booked during registration (additional fees apply).

Pre-Conference Workshops

• Workshop 1: Cycling Infrastructure – Perceived and Objective Safety
• Workshop 2: Getting Along on the Road – Respect, Communication, and Safety

Lunch from 12:00–13:00 is included. More details about the workshop contents will be available by mid-August.

Technical Bike Tours

• One longer tour on 4 November (13:00–15:00)
• Two shorter tours during parallel sessions on 6 November.

Spots are limited. If your presentation overlaps with a selected tour, we’ll accommodate rescheduling.
