Preparations

For this year’s conference, we are offering video posters and regular posters. Please check the detailed programme to see which type of poster you have been assigned.

Video posters
Each video poster presenter will be provided with a computer monitor (24 inch) on a standing table situated alongside one of two walls in the conference hall. The monitor has an HDMI or display port and a corresponding cable. You will need to bring your own computer and attach it to the monitor.

The content and format of the video poster is up to you and your own creativity.

Paper posters
The paper poster format is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) in portrait orientation.

You may use the ICSC 2025 poster template or create your own.

Paper posters can be mounted on the day of your allotted poster session and must be removed by the end of the day.

Mounting materials will be provided at the venue.

Poster pitches

Your poster will be included in the Poster Pitch sessions on either Nov 5 or Nov 6, as indicated in the program.

During these sessions, you will have the opportunity to briefly present your poster to all conference attendees in a plenary setting. You will have 50 seconds to summarize the key points of your poster and why attendees should visit it. The order of presentations will be based on the ID numbers.

When it is your turn, a slide with your name and title will appear on the screen. Please note that no slides or visuals are allowed for your pitch. Please focus on the most interesting aspects of your poster. A timer will be displayed on the screen and the slide will automatically change to the next one when your 50 seconds is up.

Please respect the time allotted and the presentations of other participants. 

Poster printing instructions

Poster printing is the responsibility of each participant, and costs are not covered by the conference. If you wish, you can print locally in Oslo by using our recommended provider, Webergs.

How to order

Send an email to webergs@webergs.no with ICSC 2025 in the subject line.

In the email, specify which option you prefer:

Option 1 – Invoice with delivery to Sentralen

• Your poster will be delivered directly to the conference venue.
• Payment is made by invoice.
• A shared transport fee will be added and divided among all participants using this delivery option.
• Important: If ICSC 2025 is not written in the subject line, your order will not be included in the delivery.
• Deadline: November 3 at 12:00 CET.

Option 2 – Card payment with self-pickup

• Your poster will be printed in time for the conference and you pick it up at Webergs yourself.
• Payment is made by card upon pickup.

• A0 poster, 140 g matte paper: NOK 790
• A0 poster, 230 g matte paper: NOK 948
• Delivery to Sentralen (if chosen): NOK 50
